CGFCU members can use online eStatements - electronic copies of account statements - to view account information, search for transactions and print. All personal accounts are eligible for eStatement service.

• Statements are posted online through Flex Teller before paper statements arrive in the mail.
• Since eStatements are archived for more than 12 months and stored online, members no longer need to file and keep paper statements.
• eStatements are only accessed using a secure account login, never via email or by paper to an unsecure mailbox.
• Paper-free eStatements are environmentally friendly.

Enrollment Information

If you already are using FLEXTELLER, our online account service, and aren't currently signed up for e-Statement notifications, simply send an email to kips@cgfcu.org to request becoming an e-statement user, or contact the credit union at: 518-828-5216 ext. 1117.

If you are NOT already using FlexTeller, click here to obtain a membership application. Once you have enrolled with FlexTeller and submit an eStatements application, you will be able to view your statements online by the next business day.
