Change Your Address

It's easy to make a change to your address:

  1. Click here to access our Address Change Form.
  2. After completing and signing it, bring the form into our Hudson branch, mail it to us, or fax it to us at 518-828-8428.
  3. Once we compare your signature to your membership card for verification, we'll process the change.

Enrollment Information
Members can access a FlexTeller enrollment application online. After the application is processed, typically the same day, CGFCU will email your login information for FlexTeller. If you do not receive your information within 2 days, please contact the credit union office at 518-828-5216 or 518-303-4801.

CGFCU offers its members the ease and security of online bill paying. Simply schedule your payments in advance - and then sit back while we do the rest. Bill Pay is a safe and convenient way to make sure that your bills are paid on time, every time.

How Do I Get Started?

In order to use our Billpay service, you must first be enrolled in our FREE Online Banking Service called FLEXTELLER. Once you are signed up and using FlexTeller, you can then access Billpay enrollment from your online account, by clicking on the Billpay icon located at the top of your FlexTeller account screen.

If you currently use CGFCU's FlexTeller Online Banking service, please login to the site with your username and password, and click on the Billpay icon located at the top of your account screen.

CGFCU members can use online e-Statements - electronic copies of account statements - to view account information, search for transactions and print. All personal accounts are eligible for e-Statement service when they sign up for FlexTeller Online Banking.

  • Statements are posted online through Flex Teller before paper statements arrive in the mail
  • Since e-Statements are archived for more than 12 months and stored online, members no longer need to file and keep paper statements
  • E-Statements are only accessed using a secure account login, never via email or by paper to an unsecured mailbox
  • Paper-free e-Statements are environmentally friendly

Enrollment Information
If you already are using FlexTeller, our online account service, and aren't currently signed up for e-Statement notifications, simply send an email to to request becoming an e-statement user, or contact the credit union at: 518-828-5216 ext. 1117 or 518-303-4801.

If you are NOT already using FlexTeller, click here to access a membership application. Once you have enrolled with FlexTeller and submit an e-Statements application, you will be able to view your statements online by the next business day.
